Claudine Baggett, SPHR
Director, Human Resources and Administration
Claudine Baggett is the Director of Human Resources and Administration for Signature. She leads the firm’s human resources department and is determined to deliver a fabulous employee experience. As Director of Administration, Claudine ensures that all departments have the capacity and tools to achieve their goals. She also manages the day to day administration of the firm.
Claudine received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Walden University and an MBA from Western Governors University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and holds the SHRM-SCP certification.
Claudine spent 8 years in San Diego where she worked for a large non-profit, assisting the CEO with projects ranging from human resources to over-seeing the construction and fund-raising process for a $5 million dormitory.
Claudine is active in the Hampton Roads Society of Human Resources and serves on their board as the Director of College Relations. She is also an active volunteer at her children’s school, Norfolk Academy.
Claudine enjoys spending her time outside Signature with her husband and 2 young children. She is originally from New Orleans and loves visiting at least once a year.
